What do we have to offer? As usual energetic dose of independent short movies, mix of techniques, styles, and clash between amateurs and works of acclaimed filmmakers in Poland, as well abroad! Additionality we would like to invite you for screening of movies made during workshop Movie Podlasie Educates! At the end of a day Late Night Tales of Filmmakers with great, live music will take place at the Fama club.
This years graphic theme was designed by Ewa Symk, Born in 1990 in Poland, has recently graduated from MA Communication Design course at Central Saint Martins, London. A two-time winner of a scholarship from the Marshal of Podlasie (2006, 2007). In 2014, she received a scholarship from the Ministry of Culture and National Heritage “Young Poland” for outstanding artistic achievements. Her first animation “Agreement” of matchmakers in Podlasie village Dobrowoda in the 50s and 60s of the twentieth century, was shown at numerous prestigious film festivals in Europe and around the world, including at the Mar del Plata International Film Festival, DOK Leipzig, London Short Film Festival.
